Do you offer a rush service?

For custom bulk orders, we do not offer a rush service because all of our products are manufactured in the shortest possible time frame of 20 days. However, if you have a time constraint, please let us know and we will do everything we can to meet that time frame.
What is the minimum number of coins that I can order?

Bulk Ordering Our minimum quantity for custom coins is QTY 75. Series However if buying one of our coin series (in stock), there are no minimums.
Is it possible to reorder the same coin design later down the line

Yes, we keep each customer's coin molds for up to two years between orders. If you reorder the same coins within the next two years, production will take less time, and there will be no additional mold and set up fees because everything has already been prepared for our production team. When a coin design is reordered, we reset the clock and keep your coin molds for two years, beginning on the date of the reorder. If you reorder a design after the two-year period has passed, our production team will need to recreate the molds for you.
What are the incentives for successful referrals?

For successful referrals, clients are entitled to receive a 15% discount on their next purchase. Referred clients should provide the full name of who referred them in the notes section upon check out.
